Summer Palace, Olympic Green, 798 Art Zone day tour

Itinerary

In the morning, Your tour guide will meet you at your hotel at 8:00am or 8:30am.
Drive to the Summer Palace (Located in Haidian District, 20 kilometers northwest of City center).
Upon arrival the largest and most complete imperial garden, We would join a tour boat on Kunming Lake, 15 minutes boat trip to first taste the marvelous views from far and near. Go ashore at the Front-Hill Area, we will walking along on the longest gallery to Longevity Hill. hiking to visit the Tower of Buddhist Incense and see forests as well as Kunming Lake reflecting the picturesque landscapes. then we go on visit the Court Area, where is emperor met officials, conducted state affairs and rested.
After this, Drive to the Olympic Green - A forest park, a central area including competition venues, Olympic Village, and so on for 2008 Olympic Games can be found at Olympic Green. We will visit the opening and closing ceremonies stadium - Bird's Nest, and take a view of the Water Cube from the outside.
Have a traditional chinese lunch at local restaurant.
Drive to the 798 Art Zone (Located in 20 kilometers northeast of City center).
With its orderly collection of industrial builidings, wide streets and red-bricks walls, cafes, restaurants, outdoor sculptures, history, the present, industry and the arts all fit together at here, 798 Art Zone is now home to Beijing's most visible contemporary art community. We will make a nice afternoon wandering in this former equipment factory complex.
After full day tours, drive back to your hotel at Afternoon or night.
